The book of minecart rides

On December 9, 2017 by The Kids

Back in the day of minecarts, kids often got rides to school in minecarts. This wasn’t always convenient since it meant the schools needed to be in mines. So just some schools had kids who rode to school in minecarts. The other kids, had to walk. Which was hard to do for kids those days. They didn’t have shoes and walking long ways wore their feet down until they no longer had feet.
BUT, they did get an education. Mainly their education was in mining. And when I say mining, I don’t mean digging for ore. I mean in saying “Mine!”. They were very good at saying “Mine!” The school had 27 graduates each year. When they graduated, they were handed their diploma to which they replied, “MINE!” and the principal shook their hand and said, “indeed my student. Yours.”
One of these students was named Bluely. Bluely Toon was his full name. Bluely Toon was an only child, except for his 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
Bluely Toon built a complex railway underground to explore the lava tubes. The lava tubes where a sinister place, home to terrible creatures such as the Loch ness monster and the Red Snapper. Very tasty! But, there is only one thing you need to know. It is NOT friendly. So, to eat it, you must throw it into the hot tub and you will get it and it will fry like a bug under a foot and the red snapper will poop out jelly. So, if you eat one you must be aware that your mouth will feel jelly. And, you might die!
And that means, you must never eat them! Yah, so, that is the story of the red snapper.
On to the Loch Ness monster. The Loch Ness monster is a very endangered species. So, if you kill one, you must be aware of their deadly poison in their skin. That means that you could die. Also, in that cave, you can find the eyeball creature that eats you with it’s big eyelid. So you must be aware! AWARE! AWARE!!
And if that doesn’t kill you, it will kill you with the nose!
The Nose will cover you and wrap you up in it’s boogers. And that is the story of the eye monster.
Okay. So you must be aware of that cave. The cave of… AWARES!
Because, the cave has a ton of awares in the words.
The reason the cave came to have so many AWARES in it, is because of an old man a long time ago. You see, this man was traveling the country, selling his awares. When he saw the cave, he thought “This is a great place to make my store!”. So, he set up shop with his awares. Be aware! he often told his customers. “These awares and not for free.”
“Oh,” said the customer. “I was not aware. I thought they were free.”
“Well, now you are aware,” said the man. “And that aware, is on me.”
“Thanks for the free aware,” the customer said with a sly grin. Then, without notice, the customer pulled out a big stick and when the man wasn’t aware, he hit him across the head and the man dropped all his awares he had for sale, and they fell all over the cave.
To this day, anyone who enters the cave will understand why they must be aware.
And that is the story of the cave of awares.
